Communications Provider Launches VINCE Unlimited Hosted VoIP for Business Customers

By Susan J. Campbell, TMCnet Contributing Editor

Unilava Corporation, a communications provider focusing on delivering diverse products and services while adhering to a mission to enhance everyday communication practices for business and residential customers, has announced the launch of VINCE Unlimited Hosted VoIP for business customers.

VINCE, or Voice over Internet Network Communication Evolution, is the communications provider’s true plug-and-play business-grade VoIP solution. It provides affordable unlimited calling plans with complete feature-rich, high-definition IP voice, fax and conference.
“There is no doubt companies today of all sizes are looking for ways to save on business expenses wherever they can,” comments Baldwin Yung, President and CEO of Unilava, in a statement. “By offering competitive unlimited monthly plans and adding more communication value, we are providing our business customers advanced communication technology and reducing their monthly phone bill by more than 50% a month with VINCE.”

As a communications provider, Unilava designed VINCE Unlimited Plans specifically for SMB and Enterprise business customers with across-the-board advance maintenance support. The Basic Unlimited Plan includes unlimited local and long distance anywhere in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands for $29.95 per line and $7.95 per extension.

For an additional $5.00 per month, this communications provider will deliver Premium Unlimited International calls to 16 countries, including Hong Kong, China, France, Italy, the United Kingdom and more.

VINCE helps to eliminate the need for new business telephone purchases as it requires no upfront equipment costs. The communications provider Unilava also offers SIP Trunking solutions for business customers who are interested in using their current phone system.

Unilava takes the stance that removing the phone system purchase requirement and equipment financing for those interested in an upgrade of their phone system from the communications provider may just be the incentive needed for the SMB market to take the final step towards an all-IP communications network.

In other Unilava news, the company announced in December it has executed a memorandum of understanding to acquire 80 percent interest in Hong Kong based China Dragon Telecom, or “CDT (News - Alert)”. Unilava officials said that the negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, regulatory approval and other customary conditions is expected to be completed by early 2010.

That same month, Unilava reportedly completed acquisition of IBFA Acquisition Company, LLC, including the transfer of regulatory licenses in 41 states approved by the FCC (News - Alert).
