PowerNet Global (News - Alert), a provider of innovative communications solutions recently revealed that TMC (News - Alert), a global media company, has selected its outbound dialer long distance service, NetDialer, as a winner of the 2011 INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award. This recognition was presented by INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.
"Taking risks to advance IP Communications technology and provide real solutions has earned PowerNet Global recognition from the editors of INTERNET TELEPHONY and an INTERNET TELEPHONY Excellence Award. NetDialer has excelled in delivering cutting edge solutions. Its customers are extremely pleased and have offered their testaments of support," said Erik Linask (News - Alert), group editorial director of INTERNET TELEPHONY, in a statement.
In many situations, call centers were utilizing TDM voice solutions, which are not scalable and very expensive. However, all of that changed when PowerNet Global unveiled NetDialer, a cost effective, highly reliable, outbound solution for their business. Through seamlessly integrating a Sansay (News - Alert) VSXi Peering Switch directly into their existing network, the company designed a product that increased flexibility and offered competitive rates, a press release revealed. In addition, the NetDialer eliminated short call penalties.
"We're thrilled to be honored with this distinction for our NetDialer service," said Matt Ziebro, executive vice president of sales at PowerNet Global. "We knew when we were developing it that we were building a service that was different than any other in the market. We offer flexible pricing with 6/6 billing, as well as a customized portal to access and monitor calling with daily reports that include ASR/ACD statistics, as well as credit balances."
