This year, for the first time ever, Telehouse has decided to join the likes of other companies around the world in attending what has been dubbed one of the 50 fastest growing tradeshows in the United States, Data Center World.
The global event, which will be held from March 27-31 in Las Vegas, is touted as the premier networking and educational event by data center managers and industry professionals. Telehouse, a pioneer in the development of data center services and colocation for the past 20 years, is looking to do a little networking of its own.
“As a global IT Provider, Telehouse is always interested in opportunities to showcase their newest facilities and services at events with attendees from different parts of the world,” Fred Cannone (News - Alert), director of sales and marketing at Telehouse, told TMCnet. “At Data Center World, 25 countries will be represented, along with 70 percent of guests involved in IT Management and 30 percent involved in facilities management. Telehouse has a tremendous global footprint, and we continue to expand and grow. This event provides us with an opportunity to speak to various IT individuals who need to have connections all over the globe.”
At its booth, Telehouse – who currently has 41 data centers in 22 cities across 11 countries – will share information about its products, facilities and services. Data Center World allows the colocation provider the chance to expand its knowledge by meeting other exhibitors and attendees while providing guests with viable solutions, according to Telehouse officials. Guests can discuss their IT needs with Telehouse and figure out how they can work with Telehouse to come up with solutions with regards to telecom, data center and IT services.
The Telehouse booth will also feature literature about Telehouse’s newest Chelsea, N.Y., colocation facility, which was officially opened at the beginning of February. Telehouse’s Chelsea facility boasts 60,000 square feet of colocation space on one floor with over 4mW of power.
As first timers at the event, Telehouse is most looking forward to forging relationships with people in the same industry.
