Global dedicated data center and managed IT services provider TELEHOUSE America has launched its “Data Center Anywhere” service to protect important IT assets from practically every imaginable human or environmental threat. This dynamic new data center solution utilizes a unique modular structure, designed in partnership with Future Tech Enterprises Inc. In addition, it taps Future Tech’s (News - Alert) iFortress service, said the partners.
Built to structural security standards, the new “Data Center Anywhere” service is guaranteed to be fully rated, self contained, air and water tight, energy efficient, reusable and green, claimed TELEHOUSE (News - Alert). According to the builder, these custom built units comply with nearly all codes including building codes, roof load, wind load, bending stresses, seismic activity, fire/thermal protection, weathering resistance, energy efficiency, and more, including the offering of a lifetime usage warranty.
In essence, Data Center Anywhere is designed for customers who require their data center environment in or near their existing facilities, as well as for those who require reliable, secure and self contained data center facilities in remote or underdeveloped areas with inadequate or without existing infrastructures.
Since the data centers are manufactured with recycled and recyclable materials, the facilities can be easily dissembled for relocation or re-use. In addition, said the builder, the modular structures are scalable to accommodate any data processing resources, including high power racks with blade units, and data center sizes occupying thousands of square feet.
In a statement, commented Noriyuki Kita, TELEHOUSE America?s Executive Vice President, “Data Center Anywhere allows TELEHOUSE to enhance its impressive global presence by providing customers with this innovative, secure, connected and high performance reliability data center solution anywhere in the world.”
TELEHOUSE said that it is partnering with Future Tech for Data Center Anywhere to deliver premium data center facilities and services wherever needed.
In reality, Future Tech is collaborating with TELEHOUSE because the latter has extensive experience in global data center construction and management, along with access to KDDI’s (News - Alert) global networking and system integration services.
