With this, NewVoiceMedia broke the previous world record of 28 minutes, 39 seconds, which was set by the company on October 2, 2013 at Call Centre and Customer Management Expo in London.
The new record also surpassed the previous challenge by including Twilio integration and WebRTC delivery.
The event also marked the launch of the official partnership between NewVoiceMedia and Twilio, a leading cloud communications company.
The new contact center delivers full telephony infrastructure and offers capabilities such as call flow, ACD, WebRTC delivery and intelligent routing capabilities.
