Telax, a provider of contact center solutions, has announced a number of enhancements designed to improve support for the customers using its cloud based recording solutions.
The company will now offer a Call Recording only service option for Metaswitch subscribers, an Executive Dashboard for its standard contact center suite and will begin offering the contact center as a white labeled product to resellers.
"Like Metaswitch, we pride ourselves on a customer focused product development cycle. We listened to what our Metaswitch customers were telling us and we responded accordingly", said Koray Parmaks, Telax VP of marketing. "Examples include a cloud-based call recording feature that enables Metaswitch service providers to offer this functionality to their subscribers without any start up costs. Also important to the Metaswitch ecosystem was the ability to leverage Telax as a best-of-breed partner while maintaining a carrier's branding in front of their customer, so we've introduced co-branding and white labeling options."
The Call Recording features set which have up until now only been available as an add on for the Telax contact center suite, provides call recording and retrieval for Metaswitch service provider's customers. With compliance a primary concern for businesses, the ability to implement a cloud-based call recording option should help many keep up with constantly changing call monitoring regulations. For the healthcare and financial services sections of the market this is particularly important.
In addition to offering this call recording platform to Metaswitch customers, the Telax Executive Dashboard will now allow management to organize and digest information coming out of customer service departments. With graphical views, it's easier to use the actionable information being captured.
