Talygen, a provider of business management automation solutions, recently unveiled a new version of its advanced BlackBerry (News - Alert) app, which is expected to enable companies and their sales teams to manage CRM functions on their smartphones.

Companies can run their entire business using Talygen. Processes and workflows that previously had to be managed manually or via individual software applications can now be managed via Talygen.”

Although CRM and business productivity tools are available on the cloud, these tools are Web-based, and smartphone apps are not available in most cases. Companies and their employees require solutions that will help them enhance the productivity and efficiency by using their smartphones and their laptops.

Talygen’s BlackBerry app is fully integrated with its cloud-based SaaS (News - Alert) application. A single integrated solution will help team members manage the most common CRM functions. Talygen’s advanced functionality helps them create and manage their sales leads as the app features rich functionality for lead management. Sales team members can create contacts for the lead, schedule follow-ups and also add notes.

The CRM features enabled by the BlackBerry app allows sales team members to add leads, add contact details for the leads, set up follow-ups for the lead, specify contacts, edit/delete leads, set or change lead owner and so on. This application suits businesses of all sizes, said officials.

Employees can utilize the Web or their smartphone to use Talygen’s advanced functionality to apply for leaves, manage employee calendars or view company holidays. The app is very versatile and allows all types of leave to be setup including (but not limited to) sick leave, vacation, parental leave and much more.
