ZOZI Launches Real-time CRM SaaS Platform

ZOZI, a venture-backed startup in San Francisco, recently bought real-time reservation system TripFlavor with the intention of becoming a back-end provider to activity suppliers. The company also launched ZOZI Advance, a real-time booking, scheduling, payments, and customer relationship management (CRM) SaaS (News - Alert) platform for activity merchants.


TripFlavor is a provider of a cloud-based reservation system for activity merchants and tour operators. TripFlavor met with many potential strategic partners and was looking for its technology to be part of a platform that will ultimately power the active lifestyle market and ZOZI fit its requirements.

Sam Edelson, co-founder and CEO at TripFlavor, said in a statement, “We’re thrilled to be joining forces with ZOZI. Both the acquisition of TripFlavor and the launch of ZOZI Advance are part of ZOZI’s efforts to evolve into a full end-to-end active lifestyle platform designed with three core pillars: inspiration, commerce and technology.

The new ZOZI Advance is designed to enable users to simply manage their business. They can increase sales with real-time online booking, streamline communication with auto-generated e-mails to customers, create and maintain an unlimited number of experiences, utilize a consolidated calendar, and generate new business through access to millions of active consumers through ZOZI’s website.

For customers, ZOZI Advance will soon enable real-time bookings across thousands of activities in the U.S. and Canada. It is an ideal choice for activity merchants because it’s the first platform to also bring substantial, high-quality new customer flow to the merchant via a branded channel.
