White Mountain Technologies, an education-focused software solutions provider, recently signed an agreement with Changi Consulting to implement Salesforce CRM to streamline its sales activities.
White Mountain provides educational software systems for schools, universities and corporate businesses in the MENA region, including UniversiTools and Skoolee. The company is “extremely dedicated to its sales efforts," said Ghassan Chkaiban, senior consultant at Changi Consulting.
Changi Consulting is an independent, practice-based business consulting group serving companies with solutions on the Force.com and Salesforce.com CRM enterprise platforms.
White Mountain teamed up with Changi Consulting to outline a detailed plan for implementing Salesforce, including managing accounts and activities and generating analytical reports, to get in depth information about its sales and marketing campaigns.
Salesforce’s CRM application tracks sales activity, every lead, opportunity and customer. According to Salesforce.com (News - Alert), it instantly updates business processes, combining them with people and technology to reveal more about customers and their behaviour with deeper analysis and insight into critical sales and customer metrics.
“We put in place a configuration of Salesforce that best meets its fine-tuned objectives. We will monitor closely the roll out and execution of this configuration for the most favorable output,” Chkaiban said.
Faisal Abdul Samad, executive sales manager at White Mountain, believes that Salesforce enhanced and organized the company’s sales plans and facilitated the communication between all entities.
Recently, Salesforce.com delivered Salesforce Sales Performance Accelerator, saying that it empowers customer companies to grow revenue by unlocking peak performance within sales teams. This new integrated solution combines sales app, the Sales Cloud, with clean, targeted lead and customer data from Data.com and coaching and feedback tools from Work.com.
