VisionWare Showcases Dynamics CRM Solution

VisionWare, a U.K.-based provider of customer relationship management (CRM) solutions supported by Microsoft (News - Alert) Dynamics, is showcasing Auris, the next-generation customer data integration solution from the company, at Civil Service Live, London Olympia.


Auris has helped several government agencies to get an accurate view of data across the enterprise through Dynamics CRM. The solution has helped some customers realize cost savings of up to $18.6m per annum, the company claims.

The solution changes the way you enter, manage and view contacts, radically impacting the way Dynamics CRM is used in the marketplace. Thanks to this solution, customers are reducing duplication in CRM by 100-fold. As a result the time for searching for accurate data is reduced to a tenth of the previous time.

VisionWare also delivers MultiVue, the Master Data Management (MDM) solution that allows public sector and healthcare organizations the core capabilities to model, manage and govern master data, the result being consistent trustworthy data that feeds business processes to lead to better business outcomes.

With MultiVue, customers get 95 percent of enquiries resolved at first point of contact, up to $7 million savings in social care services, 40 percent reductions in call handling times, the company said.

Lindsay Ross, marketing manager at VisionWare, said, “Our new Dynamics CRM solution, Auris, represents one of the most significant opportunities to change the way Government agencies identify and leverage relationships in their Dynamics CRM systems.”

No doubt, CRM solutions have made their way to government agencies in the U.S as well. Recently TMCnet reported that the U.S. Department of Commerce is looking to implement a cloud-based CRM solution. According to the report, the Commerce Department is investigating the purchase of cloud CRM in order to replace the "multiple stovepipe systems" that are currently in place.
