Soffront Launches New Features for Enterprise Cloud CRM Solution

Cloud CRM provider Soffront has listened to the masses regarding adding new features for its enterprise cloud CRM solution. Recently, the company announced three new additions to its existing software that will allow sales and marketing professionals be more proficient in their customer experience endeavors.


With the latest release comes document capture, electronic signature and card scanner integration, all of which will allow professionals to effortlessly collect information, store it and use it for all of their customer contact and correspondence needs.

With document capture, any sales professional or marketing associate can gather and electronically capture printed documents and easily associate it with CRM records. By keeping things uniform and together, making productivity second nature.
