Cloud-based multi-channel communications provider, SoundBite Communications (News - Alert), Inc, announced that its Hosted Dialer had been named to Collection Advisor magazine's list of Top Four Voice Broadcasting solutions of 2011.
In a statement, SoundBite said that Collection Advisor cited SoundBite's Hosted Dialer’s performance, functionality and market share in explaining the decision. The company also noted that SoundBite was named one of Collection Advisor Top 25 Collection Technology Products of 2010.
SoundBite Communications various voice solutions manage customer communications across the entire customer lifecycle to build customer relationships. The company focuses on hosted contact center and mobile marketing clients. The company said it had more than 400 clients, 25 of which are Global 500 and 50 Fortune 500 companies. SoundBite said it powers almost 2 billion customer interactions annually.

SoundBite's Hosted Dialer received a positive review from Rob Perry, CEO of Telsolutions LTD, a SoundBite reseller partner, in the January 2012 issue of Collection Advisor. The company said Perry had applauded the product for complying with industry regulations and serving the needs of Telsolutions' customers.
