The pool of call center solutions options is a deep one. With such a vast amount of offerings available, innovation and development must remain front of mind. Indosoft (News - Alert), known for its provision of Asterisk-based call center solutions, announced the development and expected release of its new and improved Q-Suite 6.
The Q-Suite has served Indosoft well as its flagship product, but the multi-tenant unified communications call center solution is getting a makeover. The Q-Suite 6 can meet the communication needs of today’s call centers with its newly designed architecture. The newly developed infrastructure makes the system quite scalable and able to be deployed via the cloud or on-premises.
"Q-Suite 6 represents a leap forward in call center systems," said Indosoft CEO, Gabe Bourque. "Users will find their workflow to be simplified. The multi-tenant and distributed features people expect with Q-Suite are all still there, but can be managed with less hardware. With our APIs, integrating to third party applications has never been easier. Q-Suite represents a powerful way to provide a call center platform leveraging the power of Asterisk (News - Alert)."
Specifically, the ACD system provides a call center with progressive and preview dialing, predictive outbound dialing, skills-based routing and support for multiple channels. The company notes the biggest difference between this upcoming release and its predecessors is the user interface. Additional upgrades include added mobility, integrated agent and administrative interfaces, and back-end processes have been streamlined and aggregated to need resources to deliver the same high level of functionality.
Release of the Q-Suite 6 is expected to come in Q4 2015.
Innovation must remain a constant, if a shark stops moving it dies—so too must be the mindset of solution developers. The call center is not the same place it was 10 years ago, and call center solutions are growing and adapting to the changing landscape of customer needs and call center duties. The choice is yours, keep moving or get left behind. It would appear Indosoft is putting one foot in front of the other.
