SJS Solutions, a company specializing in visual communications solutions, recently announced the upcoming launch of a new call center solutions platform based on its acclaimed Optymyse 4.2 product.
Optymyse is a visual communications solution designed for many different applications, such as contact centers, support desks, sales teams, operational areas, driver depots and logistic offices. Businesses can use Optymyse as a communication portal to effectively convey important information and data to personnel through a professional, branded display. Optymyse can be used with desktop computers, mobile devices and wallboard displays with full synchronicity across channels, as a means of communicating real-time performance data, metrics, news, goals, intelligence and other knowledge vital to successful business operations.
According to Stephen Pace, SJS Solutions’ CEO, the company has been working on the next version of Optymyse for nearly two years, looking to add a cloud-based option while maintaining the same levels of flexibility and reducing cost to attract new customers. The next version of the platform can therefore be deployed via on-premises or Software as a Service (SaaS (News - Alert)).
Furthermore, by adapting an Opex pricing model the company is hoping Optymyse will better fit into the budgets of businesses that have considered advanced visual communications solutions but found them too costly or simply unjustified.
“For SJS it's not a case of not having the right product, we know our technology offers the best levels of design flexibility and functionality for the money, now the go-to-market strategy is the biggest challenge,” said Pace. “We want companies of all sizes to realize they can have digital signage grade communications across all devices for the same money as they have been paying for inflexible, hard to read, dashboards.”
The company has also developed an API for Optymyse, encouraging developers to expand the functionality of its digital signage into new areas, such as customer relationship management (CRM), workforce optimization (WFO) and social media. SJS Solutions’ emphasis on cost reduction and expanded flexibility makes the next version of Optymyse a compelling offering for businesses across a wide variety of industries. According to the company, the launch of the new platform is “weeks away.”
