Indosoft (News - Alert) Inc. announced a reseller agreement with Botswana based Teltech Africa. Under the agreement, Teltech Africa is going to introduce Q-Suit, Indosoft’s highly successful unified contact center software for Asterisk (News - Alert), to the emerging African markets including Botswana and other southern African countries like Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia and South Africa.
Indosoft has deployed its ACD and Dialer software suite at call centers around the world, directly and through resellers. The partnership with Teltech is expected to give a strong entry point in African markets, where Teltech Africa has a strong presence. In addition of having impressive Asterisk and VoIP background, the company has acquired strong knowledge of the call center requirements. Indosoft is going to leverage this deep market knowledge to continue with its expansion in the emerging African market, a press release revealed.
Q-Suite comes with an array of tools that simplifies the management of contact center operations. Among other capabilities it comes with skills based routing with queue prioritization for inbound and predictive dialer for outbound campaigns.
Equipped with a powerful GUI based Dialplan builder, the software supports call flow routing. The agent customer interaction Script Builder dramatically simplifies the task of setting up new and sophisticated campaigns and inbound services.
Other capabilities include detailed contact center reporting and supervisor console for real-time dashboard and quality monitoring.All these features and capabilities make Q-Suite suitable platform for both premise based and cloud contact center deployments.

Few days back, Indosoft announced the availability of call recording functionality from Orecx (News - Alert) within Q-Suite 5.7. Q-Suite through Orecx will be able to provide a complete featured network call recording offering. This offering has the option of being exclusive or together with call recording provided through Asterisk. Q-Suite based contact centers will be able to leverage the network based call recording option to expand the overall concurrent call handling capability of their Asterisk servers, the company explained in an earlier release.
