Zain, a leading telecommunications operator across the Middle East, reportedly has selected Turkcell (News - Alert) Technology’s Campaign Management System.
Zain, according to a press release, is going to use the Turkcell Technology Campaign Management System for extending more personalized offers to its customers. The tool will be used for each process in a campaign life cycle: campaign analysis, customer targeting, campaign planning, execution, fulfillment and response gathering. This, according to the company, will help save a lot of operational efforts.
Gebze, Turkey based Turkcell Technology is a provider of packaged and custom solutions for telecom network operators. Turkcell Technology solutions are used to enhance functions and services needed for SIM asset and services management, mobile financial services, NFC, roaming, value added services, mobile advertising, and campaign management. The Turkcell Technology Campaign Management System is an all-in-one and intuitive solution that enables telecommunications companies to optimize their marketing efforts. Coming with telecom specific customizable feature, the solution helps the telcos to offer consistent customer service across multiple channels and build a more profitable customer dialogue by creating automated marketing processes. Its modular infrastructure and generic integration allows telecom companies to integrate and customize the system to comply with ever changing business needs.
Under the terms of the agreement, Turkcell Technology was required to deploy its Campaign Management System and perform its seamless integration to Zain (News - Alert) Kuwait's back-end systems with the support of Zain Kuwait and Netas teams.

Khajah notes in a statement.
A few months back, Turkcell announced that it has selected the PN544 near field communication (NFC) radio chip from NXP Semiconductors (News - Alert) N.V for Turkcell's recently launched T20 smartphone.
