Perfetta, a Minority Business Enterprise providing contact center solutions, works to tap the under-employed and under-utilized markets to offer direct employment opportunities and for businesses. As such, the company has been offering round-the-clock contact center services, including inbound and outbound interactions.
As part of its growth initiative, Perfetta recently announced expansion to a 30,000 sq. ft. contact center facility in Duluth, Ga.
The City of Duluth, a suburb of Atlanta, was selected as an excellent business location compared to other similar areas of the country. With a dynamic network of technology firms and services along with superior digital infrastructure, including Internet backbone connectivity, the city provides businesses the vibrant environment needed to succeed, the company noted in a statement.
With this new contact center facility, Perfetta aims to provide a wide range of customer retention, customer support, sales, and technical support expertise.
“We're committed to creating long-term value for our customers, employees, and communities. The workplace culture we've created allows us to build higher performing teams, a consistently better customer experience, and improvements in overall quality scores, said Joe Sanders, Perfetta CEO. “The Perfetta model is based on a combination of the latest technology, training, and people to provide the best customer experience for the people that matter most-- your customers.”
Perfetta plans to fill 250 career-oriented positions at the new Duluth location, including associates, team leads, supervisors, and managers. Associates not only get paid during training, but gain valuable life skills such as active listening, negotiating and sales skills.
“We’re very proud of our record in the workplace, offering significant employment opportunities,” said Bob Fletcher (News - Alert), chief operating officer at Perfetta.
“Finding the exact right location depends on economics and workforce availability. Georgia offers a wealth of talent, and Gwinnett is a very business-friendly county. We are thrilled to join the thriving Gwinnett business community,” Fletcher added.
In addition to the new Georgia facility, the company is planning expansion to an additional facility later this year.
