OneRoof Deploys ClickWorkforce via AppExchange

Solar services provider OneRoof Energy has deployed ClickSoftware’s (News - Alert) ClickWorkforce via the Salesforce AppExchange. The company chose to deploy ClickWorkforce in response to an increasing market demand for affordable solar leasing solutions.

Such demand coupled with rapidly expanding operations made OneRoof Energy search for a solution that could help it manage the complexities of sales appointment scheduling and field representative coordination in an efficient manner.

ClickWorkforce aims to automate and optimize the performance of OneRoof Energy’s mobile workforce, reducing operating costs and supporting intercompany collaboration.

Thanks to ClickWorkforce, OneRoof Energy has been able to maximize efficiencies throughout the entire service chain, including business analytics and scheduling.
