Volt Consulting Group (News - Alert), a deliverer of consulting and process mapping, workforce design and delivery, workflow automation, and managed solutions that help companies build and maintain a competitive advantage in the global marketplace, will participate as an exhibitor at the upcoming Human Capital Institute’s (HCI) Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning Conference in Atlanta, GA.

The event, which will take place from January 30 through February 2 at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta, is considered important to enterprise-level organizations as they work to manage the increasingly complex processes related to talent management and performance in a post-recessionary environment.

Officials with VCG said that as a Gold Sponsor of the conference, the company will maintain a high profile at the event where members of its organization expect to engage HR and procurement professionals on a wide range of relevant topics about which the solution provider is known to possess expertise.

Company officials pointed out that workforce synchronization and services procurement unification strategies are among the subject areas the VCG team will be sharing their knowledge with attendees of the event.

Michael Campanale, director of business development and leader of the VCG contingent to the event expects there will be an enormous amount of valuable information available to the participants at the event.

“Workforce planning solutions continue to grow in complexity as they become increasingly critical to global business success. VCG knows practitioners seek simple solutions to these complex challenges. That’s why we’re excited to listen to the challenges facing HCI attendees and share our successful strategies for human capital management,” said Campanale, in a statement.

Back in June 2011, VCG announced that aerospace, defense, and commercial products company ATK (News - Alert) has engaged it to deploy a new contingent labor Managed Services Program (MSP) and to implement the Consol Vendor Management System (VMS) platform for workflow automation.

ATK selected Volt Consulting Group as part of its initiative to revise and improve governance and compliance for its contingent worker policies and processes. The engagement focuses on revising defined worker policy, standardizing management processes, improving oversight and tightening financial controls.
