Verint (News - Alert) Systems, a provider of “Actionable Intelligence” solutions and value-added services for workforce optimization and analytics, announced it has won a number of awards from the industry for its leadership in workforce optimization (WFO) and analytics.

In the new "2011 Quality Management/Liability Recording (Workforce Optimization) Market Share Report" from DMG Consulting, Verint  was recognized as the leader on the basis of revenue and market share in fiscal 2010 for the following categories: WFO and recording solutions, quality assurance/management, voice recording, non-contact center recording, TDM recording and IP recording.

DMG Consulting’s report also acknowledged that "Verint was the largest WFO vendor in terms of combined front- and back-office opportunities, accounting for 37.6 percent of the revenue for this segment in fiscal 2010. It was also placed first for "WFO and recording revenue in 2010, with 43 percent of this segment."

The report recognized Verint for market leadership in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Caribbean and Latin America.

Ventana Research, a research and advisory firm, recently ranked Verint as the "2011 Hot Vendor" in the category of feedback management in its Customer Experience Management Value Index. This award evaluates vendor software on the basis of seven categories: usability, manageability, reliability, capability, adaptability, validation of the vendor, total cost of ownership (TCO) and ROI of the vendor.

"Hot vendors in the Ventana Research Value Index represent the organizations that match up best to user requirements identified in our CEM Benchmark Research," said Richard Snow, vice president and research director of customer performance, Ventana Research, in a statement.

The 'hot' category ranking, according to Snow, proves that Verint is at the top of its game for customer feedback management and desktop and process analytics vendors, and customers should evaluate the technology as they look to enhance their Voice of the Customer programs.

Verint won several other awards including the KMWorld "100 Companies That Matter in Knowledge Management," Customer Interaction Solutions' 2011 "IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award,” Customer Interaction Solutions' 2011 "CRM Excellence Award," Communication Solutions' 2010 "Product of the Year" award, Internet Telephony's (News - Alert) 2010 "Product of the Year" award and Eagle Star Gala Awards "Company of the Year" award.

The KMWorld award recognized the innovation, leadership and significant advancements for call center and analytics technology. The "IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award" was given to Verint's Impact 360 Recording whereas "CRM Excellence Award" was conferred to Impact 360 eLearning.

Verint won the Communication Solutions' 2010 "Product of the Year" award for its Impact 360 Workforce Management solution whereas the Internet Telephony's 2010 "Product of the Year" recognized Verint's Impact 360 Recording solution.

The Eagle Star Gala Awards "Company of the Year" by the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce recognized the organization for its innovative solutions in enterprise workforce optimization and security.

Recently Verint announced that it has introduced Verint Open Innovation Network, a program that leverages its market-leading Action Intelligence solutions. Verint Open Innovation Network, according to company officials, will enhance industry collaboration and protect intellectual property.
