Workforce Optimization Solutions Provider NICE SmartCenter Gets VMware Ready Status

This designation indicates that NICE has passed a detailed evaluation and testing process managed by VMware and is now listed on the VMware Partner Product Catalog. Passing the extensive VMware-specified testing helps ensure that NICE SmartCenter makes best use of VMware technology and is ready for deployment in customer environments.
Bernie Mills, senior director of alliance programs for VMware, said that the company is pleased that NICE SmartCenter qualifies for VMware Ready, signifying to customers that it has passed specific VMware testing and interoperability criteria and is ready to run in production environments.
