PanTerra Signs Agreements for its Fully Cloud-Based Wholesale Unified Communications Service

By Linda Dobel, TMCnet Contributor

There is no doubt that contact centers and small to mid-sized businesses can benefit from cloud-based unified communications.

Now, one of the leading providers of cloud-based unified communications (UC) solutions, PanTerra (News - Alert) Networks, has announced its fully cloud-based wholesale unified communications offering will provide new partners BCS Solutions and ContinuousTouch a platform to launch their own private branded UC service. Under a private branded wholesale agreement, BCS Solutions will do so under the Kumo brand while ContinuousTouch will do so under the SoftCentrex brand.

PanTerra stated in its announcement that its solution does much more than offer a simple hosted PBX (News - Alert), but instead provides a broad suite of private branded unified communications services. As such, the company says it offers the ability to “create custom service bundles, and branded automated operation tools for quoting, porting telephone numbers, customer connectivity testing, provisioning and billing.”

What’s more, PanTerra says its wholesale partners benefit from PanTerra’s technical knowledge base and the “brandable” sales and marketing collateral it provides, in addition to 24/7 support and training to get them operational as quickly as possible. Perhaps most important, PanTerra states that its UC cloud is based on “triple redundancy with multiple carrier-agnostic data-centers” and that it has “delivered 99.999 percent operational reliability” consistently.

Commenting that he is confident his company has made the right move in signing the private branded wholesale agreement with PanTerra, Sunny Rajab, CEO of BCS, continued on to say, “PanTerra provides the widest and most competitive unified communications service offering for our small and medium customers without the complexities of supporting multiple applications and the overhead they would create."

PanTerra’s other new wholesale partner, ContinuousTouch, seems equally confident in its decision to partner with PanTerra. Mark Clark, CEO of ContinuousTouch, said, "With an ever-growing base of verticals, which include dealerships for major agriculture manufactures, SoftCentrex gives us the broadest communications offering, while addressing numerous communication requests. SoftCentrex will allow ContinuousTouch to provide our customer base with workflow efficiencies, call center technologies, enhanced customer service while providing a cost savings over traditional communication technologies."

In other news, TMCnet reported recently that PanTerra Networks announced “seamless integration between its award-winning WorldSmart Cloud-UC solution, Microsoft (News - Alert) Outlook and Social Media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook (News - Alert) and Twitter (News - Alert).”
