ShoreTel Awards Highest Recognitions to Transcend United Technologies

Transcend United Technologies has won the ShoreTel (News - Alert) 2011 Circle of Excellence Award, the company has announced.


During the annual Champion Partner Conference in July, ShoreTel, a provider of brilliantly simple IP phone systems with fully integrated unified communications (UC), announced the winners of sales and customer satisfaction achievement awards. The Circle of Excellence, Partner of the Year and Major Accounts Partner of the Year awards are the highest honors ShoreTel bestows upon a partner, the company stated in a press release.

Transcend United Technologies LLC combines cost-effective technology, experienced people, and world-class service to help organizations optimize their IT and communications infrastructure. Transcend United and ShoreTel continue a strong partnership, in addition to the awards recognition.

“Receiving these distinctions for another year demonstrates our commitment to our customers. We're proud to be an integral partner with an industry leader like ShoreTel," said Rick Hirsh, CEO, Transcend United Technologies, in a company press release. "These awards mark our continued success and dedication to providing our customers best in class IP-based unified communications offerings.”

The company’s Partner of the Year distinction was earned with Transcend United's position as the number-one revenue-generating partner. Transcend United was also named the 2011 Major Accounts Partner of the Year for shipping more ShoreTel telephony endpoints to registered Major Accounts than any other channel partner. A Major Account is more often than not multi-site, has over 500 lines, and more often than not, international.

Recently, the company expanded its portfolio of service offerings. Transcend United provides end-to-end service and ongoing support for all Avaya products including Unified Communications (News - Alert), Contact Center, Data, and Small Business to Avaya customers (including heritage Nortel). Also announced was Transcend United’s successful completion of Avaya’s (News - Alert) on-site Service Assessment for Implementation & Maintenance. This audit process validates that Transcend United has the required infrastructure, processes and systems in place to provide technical support for Avaya products.
