The Orlando Sentinel’s 2011 list of the Top 100 Companies for Working Families has placed AssureSign LLC, a top company in electronic signature technology, in the second position in the category of firms with fewer than 249 employees, along with its sister company 3PV. Employers who provide outstanding benefits for their employees are honored by these awards. Other criteria include work environment, communication and training for the employees.

Companies had to meet a strict set of guidelines to be selected for the 18th annual Top 100 list. Top heads in the human resources field formed the panel of judges. Health and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401k accounts, childcare, maternity/paternity leave and elder care programs were some of the criteria reviewed by the judges for selecting honorees. Other criteria included flextime, employee rewards, internal communications vehicles like newsletters and Intranets, tuition reimbursement and training programs.

For the third time, AssureSign was named to the list. In 2009, AssureSign was ranked fifth, while in 2010 the company was ranked third. AssureSign and 3PVs’ 80 full- and part-time employees share a 13,450-square-foot headquarters and call center in Altamonte Springs, Fla. 3PV has been named to the Top 100 list for five consecutive years.

According to Brinkman, employers are reducing their workforce in the current economic times. Assuring the employees that they are a valued part of the organization has been important to AssureSign. The company is delighted that its efforts have been recognized with a Top 100 ranking for three consecutive years.
