Beehive Research Signs Three-year Extension Contract with Confirmit

Confirmit (News - Alert) recently announced that one of its long term clients, Beehive Research, has decided to renew its contract with the company, signing a 3-year commitment. Confirmit is an international provider of customer experience, employee engagement and market research solutions. Beehive Research, meanwhile, is an independent market research and insight consultancy. This contract renewal will allow Confirmit to continue supporting Beehive’s international panel research, customer and employee engagement programs.


Beehive has relied on Confirmit’s online feedback collection and reporting solution since 2007 and has reported satisfaction with the support that it has received. The new three year contract will ensure that Beehive continues to receive all the support it requires as it looks to expand and scale its business operations. One of the key features that Beehive relies on is Confirmit Reportal’s dashboard solutions that offer interactive, actionable survey results with instant alerts.

Beehive has been hired by a number of international brands to carry out extensive research projects. Some of these include an international panel for Nespresso conducted in 12 countries and a current and ongoing internal IT customer satisfaction program for Mars.
