Mobile Assistant, a reputed provider of professional Mobile Dictation and Voice to Text services has entered into a partnership with Redtail Technology, a provider of web-based Client Relationship Management (CRM).
As a result of the partnership, financial, insurance and sales advisors will now be provided with a secure, quick, and accurate method of adding notes to client records in Redtail CRM.
With Mobile Assistant, accurate and immediate documentation of critical information is possible. Notes can be immediately dictated after a meeting. Professional transcribers then type the message and securely e-mail it back and forward it to the advisor’s Redtail database.
“Mobile Assistant makes the already powerful Redtail CRM tool even more valuable to Advisors by offering an easy to implement solution to quickly enter detailed, accurate notes,” said Corey Westphal, CEO/President of Mobile Assistant, in a release. “We know that with the addition of Mobile Assistant, Redtail CRM users will build a detailed client database more efficiently which will add incredible value to their business.”
The ability to dictate notes, impressions, and next steps to be taken – while everything is fresh in one’s mind – is a great way to ensure that no important detail gets left out; invaluable as it goes a long way in helping client interaction documentation to be more accurate.
“We’re always seeking out new ways to make Redtail subscribers’ jobs easier,” said Brian McLaughlin, CEO/CTO of Redtail Technology, in a release. “Advisors are incredibly busy but the need for accurate and detailed notes is a daily, ongoing part of their jobs. We believe this integration with Mobile Assistant will help them out tremendously.”
In related news, Mobile Assistant took another step forward and made it easier to document client meeting notes while on the go. It launched “MA Dictation,” a mobile friendly version of the Mobile Assistant that provides clients with mobile capabilities such as One touch Dictation and access to previous notes.
