Call Center Competitive Bidding Website Launches

The available business model for call center operations expanded this week with the roll out of Profiles and Reviews, Inc. The company’s website offers a new way to attract customers and help connect organizations with the call centers service providers best suited to fulfill their needs. At Profiles and Review’s website, call center service providers can bid for contracts with companies seeking call center services. Profiles and Reviews notes that such websites are already commonplace in many industries, but have not been previously applied to the call center business.


According to Profiles and Reviews, the new website will improve service and lower costs for companies seeking call center services while adding revenue to call center service providers by growing their customer bases. In the Profiles and Reviews system, business will choose call center operators that match their specific functional requirements. Currently, the company said, businesses select among call center service providers with little guidance or advice, or any central venue in which to compare and contrast different call center operators, services and pricing.

Profiles and Reviews aims to upend the current market model. The company will pre-screen every call center service provider listed in its service, demanding confirmation that each provider is “competent, professional, and outstanding.” Only after completing the pre-screening process will call center service providers be allowed to bid for contracts. Profiles and Reviews anticipates that the competitive bidding process among pre-screened call center service providers will result in lower prices for companies looking to obtain call center services.

The Profiles and Reviews website launches this week and is currently accepting call centers for screening. In addition to competitive bidding among call center service provides, the website will feature tips for choosing a call center service provider, questions to ask before selecting a provider, things to avoid when selecting a provider and information regarding the various services available.
