Next week Verint (News - Alert) will be hosting its customers and partners at the Engage18 event in Dallas. And sponsoring partner ISI Telemanagement will be there talking about its unified communications management solutions.

Schaumburg, Ill.-based ISI offers call accounting and reporting, voice and video recording, telecom audit and optimization, telecom expense management, traffic analysis, workforce management, and speech analytics solutions.

The company helped one law firm improve its service and billings. ISI assisted a national retail chain in improving customer service and sales by enabling better training by delivering reports on abandon calls, call time, and ring time metrics. A national retail center and a regional health care company each used ISI solutions to uncover savings. One regional health care outfit was able to realize $58,000 in savings following an ISI audit.
