ISI Receives a 2013 Unified Communications Excellence Award

ISI’s (News - Alert) collaboration reporting and recording solution is a recipient of the 2013 Unified Communications Excellence Award presented by INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.
The solution, which is capable of generating metrics and analytics to report on traffic, voice, video, and instant messaging (IM) interactions, is completely integrated with collaboration recording from Verba Technologies. Through this integration, users gain the ability to record voice & video calls, Telepresence (News - Alert), and screen capture, as well as instant messages from mobile clients (Cisco Jabber and Microsoft Lync), while creating a searchable archive of all interactions.
