OAISYS Releases Talkument and Tracer Call Recording Software Version 7.4

OAISYS (News - Alert), a developer of call recording and contact center management solutions, has revealed the latest version of its Talkument and Tracer Call Recording software. Version 7.4 features enhanced integration capabilities with a range of business communications platforms, including Avaya, Mitel (News - Alert), ShoreTel and Toshiba Telecommunications Systems Division.
OAISYS explained that its Tracer and Talkument voice documentation and call center management software helps companies within a variety of industries attract and retain customers by digitally capturing phone-based interactions for simple retrieval, playback and management. The solutions can be deployed for satisfying risk management, quality assurance, customer retention, dispute resolution and other critical business needs.
OAISYS is a technology partner in the Avaya DevConnect program, a gold preferred member of the Mitel Solutions Alliance (MSA) and member of the ShoreTel (News - Alert) Innovation Network. The company credits the expertise garnered from these programs for allowing it to develop applications and services that integrate and interoperate with each vendor’s respective business communications solutions portfolio.

Some of the notable interoperability and performance enhancements available in the latest version include the following:
- Avaya (News - Alert) IP Office - capture of call data now possible through a real-time event stream provided by the Avaya DevLink Pro programming interface in a station-side recording configuration
- Mitel Secure Recording Connector (SRC) – for secure recording of Mitel encrypted voice streams by third-party call recording equipment
- ShoreTel Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI) – integration of OAISYS recording solutions with the ShoreTel business phone system for supporting sophisticated call and communications platform control functionality
