Red Box Recorders Enters into Agreement with BPS International

Red Box Recorders (News - Alert), the voice and data recording specialist, has expanded its presence in Benelux with a new agreement with BPS International.
Established in 1995 BPS provides recording and quality monitoring systems to telecom solutions providers as well as direct to a wide range of sectors, including contact centers, security, healthcare, financial services and insurance.
As part of the agreement, the Netherlands-based company will join Red Box’s global partner and reseller network supplying advanced voice and data recording solutions across the Benelux region.
“Many businesses we are dealing with, especially within the contact centre sector, are small and medium sized operations that require between 40 to 50 channels, so we needed a solution that is suitable in terms of flexibility, functionality and integration,” said Gerry van de Kerkhof, CEO of BPS International, in a statement.

Earlier this month, Red Box Recorders had linked up with Mitel (News - Alert) to integrate its advanced voice and data recording solution with the company’s contact center communications system.
As a result, the latest version of the Mitel MiContact Center Enterprise Edition is designed to operate seamlessly with the Red Box Quantify Recording Suite and enable the quick and easy retrieval of calls that can help boost performance, enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty. A third party call recording connector has been developed to link Red Box’s software solution with Mitel MiContact Center Enterprise Edition, providing direct access to call recordings from within the system’s historical lifecycle reports.
Red Box integrated the Mitel Computer Telephony Integration (CTI (News - Alert)) Developer Toolkit to deliver enhanced functionality and support the needs of contact center owners and operators.
