Telemanagement solution provider Metropolis Technologies (News - Alert) has been selected by Cypress Glen Retirement Community, a continuing care retirement center, to use ProfitWatch Call Accounting.
Besides offering accurate billing details, ProfitWatch Call Accounting offers security with emergency notifications via e-mail, text, and screen pop-up. By utilizing Metropolis Technologies’ call accounting solution, Cypress Glen Retirement Community that offers home and services to approximately 300 residents, could ensure enough control to its operations.
Cypress Glen selected the new Mitel (News - Alert) Platform and ProfitWatch Call Accounting to implement the capacity of the community center including a 30 bed assisted living healthcare center, a 30 bed skilled nursing center, and a free standing 12 bed Alzheimer’s and dementia care cottage, a press release from Metropolis Technologies said.
“One goes to the front desk, to the director of Nursing, Security, our Social Worker, and myself,” said Anna Williams, director of Communications for the community, in a statement. “Our campus is quite large. With ProfitWatch, we get a heads up, even if the call didn’t go through the resident’s life line system. It is a very nice feature.”
ProfitWatch Call Accounting is capable of tracking and billing back phone call expenses. Apart from billing purposes, Cypress Glen uses the emergency alert feature offered by ProfitWatch as an addition to their lifeline system.
ProfitWatch also protects residents from harassing and unwanted calls. As an added customer support, this feature is offered to all tenants in the community.
Cypress Glen Retirement Community used to receive more than 200 phone bills. Its Accounting Director does sorting and copying at present through ProfitWatch. ProfitWatch has over 200 on-demand and scheduled report templates built-in to the system that can be delivered on the screen, routed to a printer, saved to file, or e-mailed.Recently, Metropolis Technologies announced Edward T.
