With the Consumer Electronics Show winding down, it's already time to start looking at the next big show in terms of electronics, and it's on its way faster than many might have expected. More specifically, it's ITEXPO 2014, set to run January 28 – 31 in Miami. This year's slate is set to have plenty of major names in the field showing up to offer commentary on market conditions, show off products, and connect with other companies in the field. One such company ready to show its stuff at ITEXPO 2014 is VoIP Innovations (News - Alert), who is readying Titanium III to show in its booth.
Titanium III is the result of about a year's worth of effort at VoIP Innovations, and represents a slew of new features being added to the system. Said features will likely make for great display items, and the powerful new BackOffice tool that Titanium III represents should likewise make for a terrific time-saving mechanism for businesses, offering better account transparency and a powerful overall experience.
One of the biggest new features added to Titanium III is its new Groups feature, which allows for easier consolidation of groups relating to things like DID, endpoints, and E911. In turn, the consolidated groups can then be better viewed from one basic location, or the client. With group and client features in place, organizations can get a better idea of what services are going where, and what costs are associated with said locations. Resellers in particular, at last report, are eager to see how this goes, getting access not only to the information itself, but being able to work with it in the form of editing DID information and taking note of key performance indicators (KPI) from the same page.
Additionally, two new features came out earlier this year that are also included, namely the Customized Rate Deck and the display of origination carrier names. With these two features, not only do resellers have the ability to add and remove carriers based on previously determined metrics like service quality or overall price level, but resellers also get the ability to select the desired network to base a service on. Previously, this last was a point largely unavailable in VoIP, but in the interest of transparency and better service, VoIP Innovations brought the feature out. One final new feature, however, may well be the best of the lot.
VoIP Innovations is putting together an end user portal allowing the end users—resellers' customers—to customize service by need, helping resellers save some time by allowing the end users to make changes to things like records, call forwarding services, conference lines, fax to e-mail options and more. With users able to make these changes on their own, resellers won't have to do quite so much in terms of housekeeping, and can instead focus on bringing in new clients or repairing larger issues.
These are some pretty impressive new tools right here, and it's clear that VoIP Innovations will have a powerful new item to show off at ITEXPO (News - Alert) 2014. But there will be plenty of other firms with powerful new innovations to show off as well, so VoIP Innovations will have quite a bit of competition in the field. Still, VoIP Innovations' clear commitment to transparency, time savings, and by extension cash savings, will go over well with users in the field looking for this level of control in VoIP.
