Avoka's Transact 4.1 Unveiled

Avoka, a customer experience management company, recently released the new Avoka Transact 4.1., with enhanced features to help financial services and government organizations.

Avoka Transact is an engagement platform for multi-channel sales & service transactions. It modernizes any business and transforms their old paper and PDF forms into multi-channel engagement applications available anywhere, anytime, on any device. It is considered as an agile platform that enables business users to create, deploy and manage complex multi-channel engagement applications in days.


This enterprise-grade engagement platform combines the ease of consumer-grade design tools to produce responsive engagement applications. The new version promises to improve customer experience and drive sales using multi-channel engagement applications.

According to the company, the new version 4.1 platform helps in creating a convenient, easy-to-use and mobile-friendly application process that elevates users’ experience to the next level. The customer engagement application offers a variety of features including unified navigation experience, pop-up dialogs, in-form file attachments, responsive signatures, in-build save and resume, in-form confirmation pages and more.

Avoka CEO Philip Copeland said they are confident the new functionality in Avoka Transact 4.1 will allow them to deliver further on their mission as they see increased demand from financial and public sector organizations worldwide looking to improve the digital experience for their customers.

Avoka clients can use the new version to identify customer behavior such as relinquishment, and can instantly rectify problems and introduce incremental improvements to raise conversion. Avoka Transact combines easy-to-build yet powerful electronic forms that can be designed by business users with a versatile, multi-channel digital business server. It enables the agile deployment of customer, partner, or mobile worker business transactions.

The company is also offering an updated Avoka TransactField App with built in Microsoft Windows 7 support (in addition to the existing Windows 8.1, iOS and Android (News - Alert) versions) and with upgraded synching and image resizing, to its users.
