Bullhorn and LinkedIn (News - Alert) have streamlined the recruiter workflow by integrating the Bullhorn applicant tracking system and customer relationship management system (ATS/CRM) with LinkedIn Recruiter.

This integration of two solutions will allow users of the Bullhorn ATS/CRM- who also use LinkedIn Recruiter- to view a person’s LinkedIn records within Bullhorn.

This means that when a user is in LinkedIn Recruiter he will be able to see if the profile he is viewing has a contact record in Bullhorn.

Easy viewing of a contact record is made possible via an “In Bullhorn” badge, which streamlines the workflow between the Bullhorn ATS/CRM product and LinkedIn Recruiter platform.

Streamlining of workflow by the “In Bullhorn” badge significantly improves user productivity as it reduces the need to shuffle from window to window.

“The integration between LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn enables users to reap the benefits of LinkedIn’s record quality and accuracy from directly within the Bullhorn ATS/CRM, which in turn improves the quality of data in their ATS records to help them make the right placements faster – a win-win for their entire agency,” said Art Papas, founder and CEO of Bullhorn.

Recruiters can leverage this integration to benefit from the data in a Bullhorn record and the data in LinkedIn. As these two data sets are merged, users have a combined offering that delivers up-to-date information about a person.

Both Bullhorn and LinkedIn will continue with their teamwork and looking forward, the integration between the ATS/CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter will include bulk linking capability.

In future, any InMails and Notes sent through LinkedIn will be visible in the Bullhorn ATS/CRM, which will not only improve productivity but will also increase the quality of an agency’s applicant database.
