Calabrio Unveils Enhanced Workforce Optimization Suite

Calabrio (News - Alert), Inc. has unveiled an improved release of Calabrio ONE Workforce Optimization Suite. The latest release will promote user friendliness, widen incorporations and also deliver additional capabilities for abridging customer interaction analysis for multi-channel contact centers.


The latest release will also offer text analytics, updated multi-channel capabilities, additional number of typical third-party system incorporations and sophisticated mobility features. Workforce management forecasting and scheduling have been radically modified in the enhanced Calabrio ONE Workforce Optimization Suite, thereby allowing contact centers to accomplish more with decreased efforts.

Calabrio ONE is part of the the company’s prize-winning workforce optimization portfolio. The portfolio leverages on modern software engineering and simplified, customizable and smart design approach for delivering increased value into the contact center.

Current speech and desktop capabilities in Calabrio Analytics will be supplemented by text analytics. The enhanced release will offer a stronger incorporation between Calabrio ONE applications and a brand-new administrative approach for WFM forecasting and scheduling. This approach comprises of a perceptive, social media-like design, improved visualization and a detailed workflow, thereby getting rid of intricacies and decreasing the number of steps needed to accomplish high-frequency tasks.
