BPA Solutions, a provider of business process automation (BPA) services, is releasing BPA CRM for SharePoint 2013 in spring 2013.
The new BPA CRM contains more than 30 components, making SharePoint and BPA, together, the best CRM tool in the market today, company officials said.
BPA Solutions received over 300 feature requests from their customers and partners. From this, the company had to define priorities for the next coming two releases, says Gilbert Nicolet, VP of Technology at BPA Solutions.
In the new release, BPA Solutions has focused more on its design and ergonomics. The company will also introduce a new attractive and intuitive interface that is easy to use and makes any user eager to get their hands on it.
The spring version of the business process automation solution for SharePoint 2013 will, at the same time, boast some of the capabilities of BPA's SharePoint 2010 version, including multi list data viewer, intelligent form editor, multi list mail merging, multi list query tool, mass e-mailing, reporting tools, connectors and others.
"The product has reached a real maturity. It simply works better than other CRM systems because it is based on SharePoint. It's faster to implement, easier to use and a way less expensive in terms of TCO. It covers more than 80 percent of the needs at 20 percent of the cost,” said Boris Lutz, CEO at BPA Solutions.
BPA will release the second version later this year, and will have additional features focused on capabilities like enhanced marketing automation, streamlined document management, and simplified components.
BPA is a Microsoft (News - Alert) Certified Partner and has a growing network of partners worldwide. The company’s business process automation solutions are based on the flexible and extendible BPA xRM platform. Some of these include BPA CRM, BPA Quality, BPA Project, BPA Risk, BPA Recruiting and BPA Self-Service.
