Business Process Automation: Centerstance, Ventus Solutions Complete Merger
Centerstance and Ventus Solutions, the two prominent business consulting and cloud-based technology solutions, have announced the successful completion of their merger agreement. The merger coincides with the kickoff of Dreamforce today (Monday).
Premier partners of Salesforce.com, both the companies have been ranked by clients with the highest customer satisfaction scores achieved by any Premier Partner.
Companies’ officials believe that with very similar DNA around delivery methodology, strategic vision and culture for excellence, the combined organization is poised for aggressive growth.
“This merger strengthens our overall strategy to deliver the highest quality cloud based business solutions in the market,” said Nick Yarymovych, president at Ventus Solutions.
Yarymovych said that both the companies were born from professional management consulting roots and both have optimized and refined a similarly unique methodology to solving business problems with cloud technologies.
“Our goal from the merger is to now scale this model to other geographies and we are thrilled about the prospects,” Yarymovych said.
Centerstance brings a strong Northwest presence with offices in Portland, OR and Seattle, WA, while Ventus Solutions has its offices in El Segundo, Calif., and Phoenix, Ariz., which provide a Southwest presence. Companies’ officials said that this geographic footprint creates a platform for rapid organic expansion in the Western Region.
The companies expect to gain continued recognition as experts in helping companies identify and move key business processes to the cloud.
