LabTech Software, a provider of a remote 3rd party remote call monitoring and management solution created with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in mind, recently unveiled LabTech Cloud, a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service solution. In line with the debut of LabTech Cloud, the company will be introducing additional cloud computing technologies while will help partners significantly reduce operational costs while simultaneously raising profitability.
"The future of computing isn't a one-size-fits-all delivery model. By offering both SaaS (News - Alert) and on-premise options, we are able to best meet the needs of our partners and prospective partners," Matt Nachtrab, CEO, LabTech Software said in a statement. "Our partners constantly enlighten us to evolving use cases around managed services, but what remains absolute is security, scalability, affordability and value, and LabTech Cloud delivers these while keeping costs manageable."
Due to the fact that LabTech Cloud is offered as a subscription service, administrators are no longer required to purchase additional costly hardware. In addition, installation and setup can be completed at a cost-effective price with room to grow in the future if needed.
Recently, TMCnet reported that LabTech Software, a provider of remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions, seamlessly integrated its solution with Reflexion Networks' suite of e-mail services to provide a simple way to ensure the integrity and health of mission-critical hosted e-mail services.
This integration allows for the constant monitoring of the Reflexion Total Control (RTC) and Reflexion Archiving, Discovery and Recovery (RADAR) services' user interface, instantly sending an alert if service is interrupted.
These alerts help IT solutions providers better maintain and support these mission-critical applications for MSPs to ensure that they continue to meet their customers' demands, according to company officials.
“As a leader in remote monitoring and management, LabTech is an ideal solution to integrate with the Reflexion services in order to proactively monitor the health and performance of our range of hosted e-mail services,” David Hughes (News - Alert), president and CEO of Reflexion Networks added.
