Auto Dialer Provider CallFire Will Host 'Enterprise-Level IVR Solutions' Webinar

By Jamie Epstein, TMCnet Web Editor

CallFire, a provider of auto dialer technology, has revealed that it will soon be sponsoring a webinar called ‘Enterprise-Level IVR Solutions’ to showcase the various IVR solutions that customers can implement. Some of these IVR solutions include loyalty programs that can be used in both inbound and outbound voting campaigns.

Within any political campaign, the campaign manager has the very important responsibility of quickly gathering poll results from millions of voters. In other different yet similar situations, a national corporation may need to collect information from many customers who all have completely different profiles in a short time frame, or a business might need to quickly look over legally-binding releases that they have just received.

Enterprise IVRs allow for an easy, flexible way to quickly visualize your results with a high level of adaptability and instant access to data. IVRs offer real-time interaction, accountability, and in most cases, an easy way to personalize.

Through CallFire’s new webinar, companies will be provided with the information they need to successfully utilize CallFire IVRs to greet customers, ask questions, collect responses, exchange information with servers and databases and intelligently route calls.

According to the company’s website, CallFire provides a reliable VoIP platform that powers voice broadcasts, call centers, call tracking, and text messaging campaigns. CallFire has over 30,000 customers including political groups, non-profits, insurance agents, small business owners, and marketers. With headquarters located in Santa Monica, California, CallFire provides systems with easy-to-use interfaces, a high level of developer support, and excellent customer care. These factors combined help to completely change the way companies do business.
