TelStar Hosted Services, Inc., a developer of call center solutions via the cloud, has appointed Meghan Harris as senior vice president and chief marketing officer, Justin Kulesza as director of financial operations, and Aravind Natarajan as chief information officer to its executive team. TelStar offers communications-as-a-service technology including blended call center services, predictive dialer capabilities, and automated messaging.

Harris has over 15 years of sales and marketing experience in telecommunications, technology, Internet and managed services. Harris holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University cum laude, a master’s degree from Stanford University, and MBA from Harvard University. Harris previousuly worked as a U.S. Foreign Service officer. Harris has also held the positions of director of Market Planning and Strategy for the reseller channel at SkyTel in Europe and Canada, as marketing director for Nextel Communications, region handling a $1.8 billion profit center, and recently was principal of Harris Consulting LLC and co-founder of Wambo Media.

Kulesza, with more than 10 years of experience in auditing, accounting and post-merger integration, is a seasoned CPA and business professional. Kulesza holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston University. Kulesza served as the senior auditor with Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and recently as the manager of Acquisition Integration for IHS (News - Alert), Inc.

Natarajan, with over 15 years has achieved success in designing and executing key IT initiatives, joined TelStar in May 2010. Natarajan holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Bombay, a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Maryland and is a Oracle (News - Alert) certified DBA. Natarajan served as the director of Technology for Apex CoVantage where he managed over 3,000 human resources worldwide for an $80 million complex development project, and had been promoted to CTO position at Apex (News - Alert) CoVantage, prior to joining TelStar.
