NEI to Demo New Appliance Management Technologies

By Stefania Viscusi, Assignment Desk Editor

Appliance management solutions provider NEI has announced it will be taking part in the upcoming RSA (News - Alert) Conference 2009 to present and demonstrate its new appliance management technologies as well as present real-world case studies at the event.

NEI is a company that offers application platforms, appliances and services for software developers, OEMs and service providers across the world so they can more effectively deploy, manage and support application platforms and appliances.

The company’s appliance deployment offering provides the engineering, manufacturing, logistics and technical support services for customers, so they can deliver a complete solution with a lower total cost of ownership and place their own focus and efforts on software innovation.

Other presenters also at the event include the company’s technology partners and customers like Microsoft, Intellitactics, ITT and many more, who will present sessions on security, strategy, solution, design, and techniques.

In addition, a presentation will provide attendees with a demonstration of, “how a purpose-built appliance overcame an application design, deployment, lifecycle management, service or support challenge.”

Be sure to visit NEI at booth #2233.

Recently, NEI teamed up with Intel Corporation and Emerson Power Network for a free TMC (News - Alert) Webinar event, “Prepared for Nehalem?” to offer service providers and OEMs a closer look at the many benefits of  Intel’s (News - Alert) Nehalem eight-core micro architecture - from the basics of what it means, to insight on planning a conversion strategy and tips for streamlining the transition process.

The company also announced a number of features that enterprises should evaluate when looking for an appliance deployment. Through their guidance, the company hopes to make it easier for enterprises to make an informed decision and sort through the many features offered to find a solution that best fits their needs.
