Telinta Enhances TeliCore Platform with Seamless Zoho CRM and WorkDrive Functionality

By Erik Linask February 19, 2026

In a move to unify cloud communications and business management, Telinta (News - Alert) has announced the integration of Zoho CRM and Zoho WorkDrive into its TeliCore platform.  The integration, formally launched last week at ITEXPO 2026 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, allows VoIP service providers to offer a more cohesive experience by bridging the gap between telephony and essential enterprise tools.

By embedding Zoho’s (News - Alert) capabilities directly into Telinta’s white-label softswitch and billing solutions, the partnership aims to streamline how businesses handle customer data and call documentation.

The integration transforms the desktop experience for agents using Telinta’s brandable desktop softphone or WebRTC solutions.  When an inbound call is processed, the caller’s specific CRM data from Zoho is automatically displayed on the agent's screen, providing immediate context for the conversation.  This synchronization also enables “click-to-dial” functionality, allowing agents to initiate outbound calls directly from within the Zoho data interface.  This eliminates the friction of switching between applications, ultimately leading to faster response times and a more personalized customer service experience.

Beyond real-time communication, the partnership introduces automated management for call recordings via Zoho WorkDrive.  Rather than relying on manual downloads or fragmented external storage, TeliCore now securely and automatically uploads recordings directly to Zoho WorkDrive.  This ensures that audio files are immediately available for quality monitoring, compliance review, or attachment to specific CRM records.

To support a global user base, the integration spans across multiple Zoho data centers located in the U.S., Europe, and India, ensuring high performance and data accessibility, regardless of the provider’s location.

For VoIP service providers, this integration is offered as a standard feature of Telinta’s service at no additional cost.  The flexibility of Telinta’s billing system allows these providers to either include Zoho capabilities as part of a standard package or offer them as a premium, revenue-generating add-on.

As a limited-time promotional offer, existing Zoho users can receive a $400 credit when signing up for Telinta, while Telinta customers are eligible for a two-week free trial of Zoho services.
