More Growth Alongside Channel Pros: BCN Again Expands its Leadership Team with Michael Ginsburg and Dan Solomon

By Alex Passett January 22, 2025

“Meet today’s business needs and seize tomorrow’s opportunities with custom-designed network and technology solutions from BCN (News - Alert).

Indeed, BCN’s network-focused solutions help businesses connect, communicate, and perform adeptly in our always-connected world. BCN’s experienced team wields decades-strong expertise as they transform networks from bottlenecks into true accelerators. They’ve been at it since 1994; the company knows how to approach tough network challenges, how to secure, manage and monitor at every turn, and how to guide customers towards best-fit solutions.

Speaking of experience and great fits, BCN last week appointed new leaders: Jeanne Duca was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Ryan Kelly was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Read our full Duca-Kelly coverage here.

Today, we’ve got two more appointments to shed light on.

BCN officially announced that Michael Ginsburg has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales. Additionally, Dan Solomon has joined BCN as its Vice President of Sales for the Western region.

  • Since joining BCN in 2013, Ginsburg has contributed to the creation and development of both new strategic relationships and the overall growth of existing partnerships, contract negotiations, and overall partner support. Later recognized (i.e. for four consecutive years; 2017-2020) as a CRN Channel Chief, Ginsburg’s extensive knowledge of the channel has, quote, “earned him the deep trust and respect of advisors and colleagues alike.”
  • Having most recently served as Regional Director at Net2Phone, Solomon brings his own wealth of tech experience to BCN in his new role. He will reportedly focus on, quote, “reinforcing BCN's presence and delivering unparalleled support to trusted advisors across the region. His expertise and vision align perfectly with BCN's mission to strengthen partner relationships and further broaden the company's reach.”

Given we mentioned Ryan Kelly earlier, it seems fitting that this update ends with a pertinent quote from him.

“Michael Ginsburg's promotion is a well-deserved recognition of his remarkable contributions to our success. His leadership and unwavering commitment to BCN's values have been instrumental in shaping who we are today.”

“And at the same time,” Kelly added, “we are thrilled to welcome Dan Solomon to the BCN family. His extensive experience and fresh perspective will be invaluable as we continue to expand westward. Together, these enhancements to our team underscore our dedication to delivering an exceptional experience to our trusted advisors nationwide."
