To Drive Further Channel Growth, BCN Expands its Leadership with Jeanne Duca and Ryan Kelly in New Roles

By Alex Passett January 16, 2025

“Your business depends on its network technology more than ever before – so if something doesn’t work, neither does your business.”

This quote comes from BCN, a provider of custom-designed, network-focused solutions that help businesses connect, communicate, and perform at the highest-possible levels. BCN (News - Alert) has been at this since 1994; the company’s experts know how to approach tough network challenges, how to secure, manage and monitor at every turn, and how to guide customers towards best-fit solutions that support their businesses’ endeavors.

“In today’s always-connected world,” BCN added, “smart teams rely on BCN’s decades of experience and up-to-the-minute expertise to transform their networks from bottlenecks into true accelerators.”

And speaking of experience behind the wheel at BCN, the company made an announcement this week that we’d like to highlight:

BCN officially announced new leadership appointments: Jeanne Duca was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and Ryan Kelly was promoted to Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Here’s a quick need-to-know summary about each.

Since joining BCN in 2016 as Vice President of Marketing, Duca’s experience in brand management and channel marketing has elevated BCN’s brand presence and market influence. Her leadership has also been recognized industry-wide; most recently, as one of The Top 50 Women Leaders of Massachusetts for 2024. As BCN’s CMO, Duca will continue to spearhead its marketing strategies, focusing on brand innovation and compelling digital transformation for partners and customers, alike.

“BCN is at the forefront of empowering businesses through technology,” Duca stated. “I’m honored to lead our marketing efforts as we continue to elevate our brand and deliver exceptional partner and customer experiences.”

Then, Kelly. Recognized as a Top Network & Connectivity Channel Leader for 2024, Kelly has proven instrumental in driving BCN’s year-over-year growth since 2019. After having significantly expanded the company’s revenue streams and solidified numerous key partner relationships, Kelly is expected to a.) foster even deeper business connections, and b.) capitalize on new market opportunities as BCN’s CRO.

“BCN’s success is built on strong partnerships and innovative solutions,” Kelly affirmed. “I’m very excited to expand on this foundation to deliver even greater value to our customers and partners.”

To boot, BCN’s President and COO Julian Jacquez expressed his excitement regarding what’s in store with Duca and Kelly in their new positions.

“The promotion of these two executives is fantastic,” Jacquez said. “Jeanne and Ryan truly represent that great leaders come from outstanding people who care deeply for their team, customers, and business partners. Their collective leadership, innovation, and creativity will be paramount to driving BCN's continued growth.”
