Wildix Redefines Workplace Communication with Launch of New Desk Phones

By Greg Tavarez March 27, 2024

The modern workplace thrives on clear and efficient communication. But with a diverse range of roles and ever-evolving technologies, equipping employees with the right tools can be a real challenge. Therefore, UCaaS providers are stepping up to address this need because they offer feature-rich solutions that streamline collaboration and information flow.

One such provider is Wildix. Wildix (News - Alert) is a global provider of unified communications solutions that enhance the efficiency and productivity of businesses, especially in sales-oriented environments. With a strong focus on innovative technology and user-friendly design, Wildix aims to transform how businesses communicate and collaborate.

I had a chance to speak with Tim TrueLove, Country Manager, Americas region, Wildix, in the exhibit hall at ITEXPO (News - Alert) 2024 in February and learned first-hand what Wildix offers. I’ve also written a few articles about the company in the past, so I can agree with the fact that they are keen on making business communication better.

Recently, Wildix launched a new phone series designed to improve user comfort, security and functionality across various professions.

The lineup includes four models: ForcePro 5, WelcomeConsole 5, WorkForce 5 and Start 5.

ForcePro 5 targets customer-facing staff with a large, adjustable screen, up to 45 BLF keys for call management, video support and integrated wireless connectivity for headsets.

WelcomeConsole 5 is upgraded for switchboards and features a large color display with two additional LED screens that offers up to 106 BLF keys for handling multiple calls.

WorkForce 5 is designed for moderate phone use and has a color display, 21 BLF keys and a USB port for headsets or Wi-Fi dongles.

Start 5 is an entry-level option for shared spaces and provides basic functionality with 4 BLF keys and wall-mounting capability.

So, I’ll reiterate again: Wildix aims to redefine workplace communication. This phone series furthers that mission as it balances advanced features with ease of use.

"In the fast-paced world of business where making swift decisions and staying seamlessly connected are key, Wildix is meeting these needs by introducing our latest desk phone series," said Elena Kornilova, Product Marketing Manager, Wildix. "We're turning office communication into a crucial strategic advantage.”

The announcement follows Wildix's gold win at the Merit Awards, solidifying its position as a UCaaS leader. The company's continuous innovation and focus on quality are recognized globally and sets new standards for communication technologies.
