Tango Networks Unveils Global Pass: Revolutionizing Business Mobile Communications

By Stefania Viscusi March 18, 2024

Tango Networks introduced Global Pass, a single-rate subscription plan designed to streamline business communications across 39 countries. Building upon the success of its Tango Extend eSIM service, which seamlessly integrates smartphones with Unified Communications (News - Alert) (UC) platforms, Global Pass promises to liberate mobile communication from geographical constraints.

With Global Pass, subscribers gain access to a unified mobile service encompassing 14 Home countries, with additional roaming capabilities in 25 home-away countries across Europe and North America. This means that employees can stay effortlessly connected, whether they're traveling internationally or working remotely.

The launch of Global Pass marks a significant milestone in simplifying cross-border communications for businesses and their employees. Initially available in 14 countries, including the U.S., the U.K., France, Germany and Spain, subscribers can roam into an extended list of countries without the worry of incurring additional roaming charges. The expansion of Global Pass to countries across Asia, Australasia and North and South America is slated for later in 2024 and into 2025.

Tango Networks' integration with UC platforms like Microsoft's Teams Phone (News - Alert) ensures a seamless user experience. Employees can utilize their existing business numbers directly on their mobile devices, including Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) setups. With a business eSIM provided by Tango Extend it’s possible to also securely separate work and personal communications.

“Global Pass is a game-changer, enhancing the capabilities of Tango Extend to redefine how enterprises connect, communicate, and collaborate on a global basis,” said Lee Essex, Senior Vice President of Sales for Tango Networks (News - Alert). "With Global Pass, we empower enterprises to break free from traditional connectivity and geography constraints, fostering a new era of productivity and collaboration for the extended workforce."
