Level Up Your Zoom Phone Game: ITEXPO Speaker Vyopta Integration Unlocks Proactive Call Quality Management

By Greg Tavarez December 20, 2023

A little over a year ago, Vyopta announced an expanded partnership with Zoom. Zoom likely does not need an introduction especially when Zoom Phone (News - Alert) now boasts 7 million paid seats, Zoom Contact Center reached 700 customers, and the Zoom AI Companion activated over 220,000 accounts in less than two months.

Vyopta, on the other hand, is a provider of digital user experience management for collaboration and has helped over 60 million people collaborate better. Its Technology Insights and Space Insights applications, for example, have helped identify and address over 9 million issues.

Vyopta's solutions have helped hundreds of large enterprises and government agencies reduce MTTR by up to 75%, improve quality of experience by 50% and save millions in technology and real estate investments, all while boosting productivity.

Learn more from Vyopta during a session featuring Jonathan Sass, vice president of product, Vyopta, at ITEXPO 2024, February 13-15, 2024, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The partnership was made to give organizations augmented intelligence to optimize total user experience, such as employee and customer, technology performance, workspace utilization and ROI, when using Zoom. It also helped organizations streamline the adoption of Zoom Meetings, Zoom Phone, Zoom Rooms and Zoom Webinars with Vyopta’s Collaboration Intelligence Platform.

“This collaboration is a testament to our commitment to enhancing digital communication technologies for better enterprise performance,” said Alfredo Ramirez, CEO of Vyopta.

Building on that partnership, Vyopta announced its integration with Zoom's Quality of Service Subscription (QSS) for Zoom Phones. This integration marks an advancement in real-time reporting and diagnostics for Zoom Phone users, utilizing new APIs introduced by Zoom for enhanced monitoring capabilities.

Vyopta's partnership with Zoom on the QSS feature is set to change how enterprises manage and understand the quality of experience for their Zoom Phone users. By leveraging Zoom QSS, Vyopta delivers actionable insights and analytics in real-time, which enables immediate responses to call quality issues.

This integration also streamlines troubleshooting. This allows for proactive issue detection, root cause identification and swift remediation steps. Vyopta's intelligent monitoring and alerts engine, combined with contextual intelligence and customizable dashboards, ensures a comprehensive view of an organization's digital collaboration environment.

“A crucial aspect of successful collaboration is understanding how organizations experience and utilize the collaboration tools and workspaces they have invested in, like Zoom,” said Mitch Ricks, Global Leader of ISV Partnerships and Strategy at Zoom. “It is of utmost importance to prioritize the quality of this experience to ensure effective collaboration."

This integration aligns with Vyopta’s mission to optimize digital collaboration for enterprises.
