RingCentral (News - Alert), Inc., a provider of AI-first global enterprise cloud communications, video meetings, collaboration, and contact center solutions, has just announced the latest addition to its suite of offerings — RingCentral Events. Formerly known as Hopin Events, it is aimed at redefining the landscape of virtual, onsite, and hybrid events.

In an era where connectivity and engagement are paramount, RingCentral Events is designed to immerse participants in a personalized and interactive experience.

As businesses navigate the dynamic landscape of events today, this all-in-one solution also empowers them to deliver captivating and seamlessly integrated virtual, onsite, and hybrid event experiences.

“The world of events has dramatically changed over the past few years, and businesses have an opportunity to approach events in new and inventive ways that deliver unprecedented levels of engagement,” said Kristen Koenig, Head of Channel and Business Partnerships, RingCentral Events.

“With RingCentral Events, we’re giving customers an incredibly frictionless experience – with flexibility to host either a single or multi-track event, and advanced customization options," Koenig added. "And coming soon, RingCentral Events will include AI-infused capabilities to drive smarter event experiences for both organizers and attendees.”

Key benefits of the new offering (which is already available globally) include native registration, analytics, a mobile app, check-in, badge printing, and lead retrieval, providing a holistic and seamless experience. The platform boasts also 40+ app and data integrations, ensuring flexibility and compatibility with various tools. Its personalized touch allows users to effortlessly create custom branded event pages within minutes, featuring fully customizable and modular blocks showcasing agendas, speakers, sponsors, and content, all without requiring any coding experience.

The company also said it will soon bring AI-powered features in to further elevate the platform's capabilities. These tools will simplify and automate various aspects of event management. The Smart Content Generator utilizes AI to craft creative and engaging copy, from titles and descriptions to email templates and schedules, in mere seconds. The Smart Q&A feature categorizes questions automatically, facilitating thematic organization for efficient event interaction. Additionally, the AI-powered Smart Clips feature streamlines post-event marketing by generating bite-sized social media video content, adding a dynamic and engaging dimension to content repurposing.
