Evolve IP (News - Alert) has introduced a new call recording platform called "Dubber Moments Anywhere Call Recording," which leverages AI technology to revolutionize business-critical conversation capture.




The platform, powered by Dubber, incorporates network-based speech intelligence and sentiment analysis to enhance the overall customer experience. The pre-packaged AI solution empowers businesses to capture, analyze, and respond to crucial conversations and moments.

Not only does this facilitate improved customer experiences and operational efficiency, but it also provides compliance across multiple communication platforms, including Microsoft (News - Alert) Teams.

With the ability to record 100% of calls, chats, and videos (while providing insights from every conversation), Dubber Moments has been hailed a game-changer for harnessing AI-driven conversation insights.
